Delivery During Covid-19


We are continuing to deliver online orders during the Covid-19 restrictions period.
Orders are now being processed and dispatched as normal.

Returns are functioning as normal.

If you need to return an item you must first create a Returns Request via your customer account.
Please read the FAQ Section 6 on how to do this.
We will then respond to you to authorise your return.

Please do not return anything without following the above process.

Our store is now open. There is a queueing system in place on entering the store, in addition to hand sanitisation facilities. We would ask all customers to sanitise their hands before entering the store and handling any items. The wearing of gloves in-store is not allowed based on healthcare advice. Customers may have to queue in line during busy periods and we would ask for your patience and understanding when this is the case.

The first hour every morning (10 am to 11 am) is reserved for elderly and at risk people and priority will be given to these customers during this period. Our children's fitting service is running as normal, however we would ask customers to present with a maximum of two children per parent. We cannot let large family groups in-store together at this time. Thanks for your understanding!
