Delivery During Covid-19


We are continuing to deliver online orders during the Covid-19 restrictions period.
Orders are being processed and dispatched once a week.

 Ireland   Normal, with delays
 Northern Ireland   Normal, with delays
 England/Scotland/Wales   Normal, with delays
 EU   Normal, with delays*
 USA/Canada   Normal, with delays
 Asia-Pacific   Deliveries suspended
 Rest of World   Deliveries suspended

*Please check with your postal service for the latest status on deliveries from Ireland.
There are major delays being experienced in some EU countries.

Please expect delays on all deliveries during this period.


Returns are also heavily affected during Covid-19 restrictions.
Our normal returns address is not functioning at the moment as it is closed due to the restrictions.

If you need to return an item you must first create a Returns Request via your customer account.
Please read the FAQ Section 6 on how to do this.
We will then respond to you to authorise your return and provide you with a returns address.

Please do not return anything without following the above process.

In line with government guidelines, we are preparing to re-open our Newcastle West store on either Monday 8th June or Monday 29th June. We are awaiting confirmation on which re-opening date will be applicable to us and also on what guidelines we will have to adhere to in-store once we re-open.
