Free Shipping: Our free shipping promotion covers purchases of €100 or more. This applies to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland customers only. Terms & conditions apply to this promotional offer, you can read them HERE (Section 4.1)  

We ship worldwide. Please see the table below for all delivery charges. If you would prefer to use a specific courier service other than those listed below, please let us know and we can get a quote for you. Other services available include UPS, DHL, TNT, DPD, GLS and Nightline.

All orders are sent by tracked services and require a signature on delivery.

All transit times are estimates and refer to working days which exclude weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. Transit times are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Transit times are dependent on multiple factors, which may include courier/third party related delays that are beyond our control. During busy shopping periods, delivery time frames may increase. We cannot guarantee delivery on any particular date as we are reliant on third party services to fulfill deliveries. If your order is time sensitive, please contact Customer Services for advice on delivery before ordering.

¹ Deliveries to destinations outside of the European Union may be subject to local import taxes or custom duties. This charge is the responsibility of you the customer. It is levied by your local government, it is not charged by us. Neither Shoe Republik or any of our delivery partners have any control or influence over this charge. It is advised that you research any potential import tax or customs duty in your country so that you are aware of any charges that may be incurred for your order. As these taxes vary from country to country and are subject to change, it is not possible for us to advise you on these charges particular to your country. Estimated delivery timescales do not include any additional customs clearing times beyond Shoe Republik's control.

² The delivery charges quoted do not include surcharges for deliveries to remote locations or off shore islands. If a location is deemed as remote, our delivery partner will apply a surcharge in addition to the standard rate. Should your shipping address be deemed as remote, we will bill you separately via an email payment link for this surcharge amount. You will need to complete this payment before we can ship your item to you, or alternatively instruct us to cancel and refund your order.

Non-standard sized items such as long boot boxes for Women's knee boots may also incur a surcharge. We will advise you before shipment if this is the case.  

All Courier services incur VAT. 23% VAT is added at checkout for all UK and EU customers. There is no VAT on EU and ROW postal services.

Dispatch & Transit Time
Orders are processed from Tuesdays to Fridays. No orders are processed or dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Orders received after 12:00 on Friday are processed the following Tuesday. All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bank Holidays

Please note for orders made over the course of a bank holiday weekend, there are limited collection services on the Friday and no collection services on bank holiday Mondays. As such, orders received from the Thursday prior to a bank holiday weekend cannot be dispatched until the following Tuesday when the couriers resume collections.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Orders
Please note that orders placed during the annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend will take a little longer to process and dispatch than usual due to the increased volume experienced over this weekend. 

Christmas & New Years Period
During the busy pre-Christmas period deliveries may take longer than usual due to courier services being over stretched. For pre-Christmas deliveries, please allow yourself a minimum of 5 extra working days than normal for delivery. For international customers, please pay attention to the order cut-off dates below.

Christmas 2019 - Orders must be received by:
Ireland & Northern Ireland: 5 pm Thursday 19th December.
Great Britain: 1 pm Friday 13th December.
Europe: 1 pm Wednesday 11th December.
Rest of World: 1 pm Monday 2nd December.

Cut-off dates are advised to us by our shipping partners and are a guide only. Deliveries to Europe and ROW are via the postal service, and as such orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas if shipped on or close to the cut-off dates above. Please note priority shipping services (such as 2 day delivery) cannot be guaranteed during the holiday period due to delayed processing times pre-Christmas and limited collection services post-Christmas from December 21st to January 2nd. Normal post-holiday deliveries for all destinations will resume on Thursday January 2nd 2020.
