SHIPPING & HANDLING
Free Shipping: We offer free delivery for purchases of €75 or more. This applies to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland customers only. For orders less than €75, delivery is charged at a flat rate of €5.00 + VAT per order within the 32 counties of Ireland.
We also ship worldwide. Please see the table below for all delivery charges. All transit times are in reference to working days which exclude weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. For orders made in the days prior to, or over the course of a bank holiday weekend, you may not receive your delivery until the following week. All deliveries are sent by recorded delivery whereby a signature will be required on delivery. Please note the 'Transit Time' begins once the package is collected by the courier and you receive your tracking number notification. Transit Time does not include the time it takes us to prepare the package in the meantime, you may need to allow a further 1-2 days for this.

¹ We aim to deliver all orders within the 32 counties of Ireland within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times are dependent on a number of factors, including the ability of the courier service to collect the parcel on time. During busy periods, or for third party related reasons beyond our control, this is not always possible. As such you may need to allow 5 working days for all Ireland deliveries. If your order is time sensitive, please contact Customer Services by phone for advice on a delivery time, however please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular date as we are reliant on third party services to fulfil deliveries. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday as there are no courier collection services during the weekend.
² Deliveries to destinations outside of the European Union may be subject to local import taxes or custom duties. This charge is the responsibility of you the customer. It is levied by your local government, it is not charged by us. Neither Shoe Republik or any of our delivery partners have any control or influence over this charge. It is advised that you research for any potential import tax or customs duty on footwear in your country so that you are aware of any further charges that may be incurred for your order. As these taxes vary from country to country and are subject to change, it is not possible for us to advise you on these charges particular to your country.
³ The delivery charges quoted do not include surcharges for deliveries to remote locations or off shore islands. For locations that are deemed as remote by DHL, DHL will apply a surcharge in addition to the standard rate. Should your shipping address be deemed as remote, we will bill you separately via an email payment link for this surcharge amount. You will need to complete this payment before we can ship your item to you, or alternatively instruct us to cancel and refund your order.

Please note for orders made in the days prior to, or over the course of a bank holiday weekend, delivery is not possible until the following week. There are no courier collection services on the Friday or Monday of bank holiday weekends. As such, orders received from the Thursday prior to a bank holiday weekend cannot be dispatched until the following Tuesday when the couriers resume collections.
Christmas & New Years Period
Please be aware that during the busy pre-Christmas period, deliveries may take longer than usual due to courier services being over stretched. For pre-Christmas deliveries, please allow a minimum of 5 extra working days for delivery.
For post-Christmas purchases, please be aware that there are no courier collection services until the first week proper of January as the couriers are on annual leave during this time. Please refer to the update below for details on when courier services resume collections. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver before this date.
Update Christmas 2017: Last date for orders for pre-Christmas delivery is 12 pm Tuesday December 19th. Post-Christmas deliveries will resume on Wednesday January 3rd 2018.
Please note that all orders shipped are quality checked to meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes dispatched will be 'box fresh' - i.e. there is a possibility they may have been tried on by customers in our high street stores. This is normal practice for any shoe retail business.
Delivery times are a guide only. Delivery is by courier. Delivery will be during working hours and MUST be signed for so please provide a valid delivery address.
